I know, I know\u2014those facts slap hard. The good news? Acne is still treatable. With the right skincare routine and targeted treatments, you can manage it. Just&#8230;maybe not overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Myth #2 &#8211; If you wash your face more, the acne will go away.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your face isn\u2019t a dirty dish\u2013it needs balance, not a scrub down. Acne develops when dead skin cells inside your hair follicles clog your pores and trap oil\u2014not because your face is \u201cdirty.\u201d So don\u2019t go blaming your pillowcase or stuffed animals for your breakouts (although yes, washing them occasionally is still a good idea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Myth #7 &#8211; You should avoid touching your face.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Same idea.
